Why this exists.
A career-development tool for pilots cannot be built by one Type-Rated Captain alone. It needs the breadth that comes from pilots at different stages, in different operations, with different selection histories. The Founding cohort is that breadth.

Fair Use, the one structural condition.
Founding access carries one cap: up to 5 voice hours of Marcus time per month. The cap exists to keep the lifetime deal sustainable for every Founding Member on it. Voice generation and reasoning have real per-hour costs, and a lifetime deal at £697 has to work across years.
In a typical month, fewer than 1 in 20 Founding Members will approach the cap. If you do, we'll reach out and talk to you about your usage; nothing is throttled silently. For genuine sustained training use (one to two voice sessions per week with a heavier ramp around interview windows), the cap is generous. It only becomes restrictive if usage drifts well beyond that pattern.
Who this is for.
This is for pilots who want lifetime access to the product as it grows, and who want a say in how it grows. It's not for people looking for a discount on a Member subscription. The price is paid up front, the expectations are higher, and the value is meant to compound across years.
If you're not sure whether the Founding tier is for you, it probably isn't. Member is excellent. Member is what most pilots will rightly choose. Founding is for the pilots who specifically want lifetime access and partnership.
