All tiers include the same Marcus, the same scoring rubric, and the same confidentiality discipline. What changes is access and partnership.

Founding Member Fair Use: lifetime access includes up to 5 voice hours per month of Marcus time. The cap exists to keep the lifetime deal sustainable for everyone on it. In a typical month, fewer than 1 in 20 Founding Members will approach the cap. If you do, we'll talk to you about it directly; nothing is throttled silently.

Coming 21 June 2026

Career Plan, £49 one-time

A structured, examiner-grade viability assessment for pilots at the considering stage. One 45 to 60 minute conversation with Marcus, ending in a written plan covering the three things the considering-stage decision actually turns on.

The medical reality.

Your Class 1 is the first gate, not your training school. Marcus walks you through what to test and when, and what your specific medical history means for the path.

The financial picture.

£70,000 to £150,000 of training, 99% of it self-funded in the UK. The honest funding routes (savings, family, property equity). The working-years calculation against retirement at 65. The ROI math when your first FO salary is what it is. We do not soften this.

The route appropriateness.

Modular or integrated for your specific situation, the schools worth asking hard questions of, the questions to ask them, and the red flags that mean walk away.

This is not encouragement. You can get encouragement free on Facebook. This is the structured viability read that career changers, career dreamers, and decision-stage candidates can use to decide with their eyes open.

Pricing FAQ.

Why is Founding Member capped at 100?

Because the Founding deal is a lifetime access deal at a one-time price, and the cohort gets genuine access to the founder, real influence on the roadmap, and a private community of peers shaping the product. That can't be done with 10,000 people. Once the 100 are seated, the Founding tier closes and the product grows on Member subscriptions alone.

Is Founding really lifetime, with no subscription?

Yes. £697 one-time, paid once. No recurring billing. Lifetime access to Marcus across every arc and every module that ships, including future modules (Career Plan, Sim Prep, and onwards). The only structural condition is the Fair Use cap of 5 voice hours per month, which exists to keep the lifetime tier sustainable for everyone on it.

What happens if I hit the Fair Use cap?

Fewer than 1 in 20 Founding Members will approach it in a typical month. If you do, we'll talk to you directly about your usage pattern; nothing is silently throttled. The cap is designed to be generous for genuine training use and only restrictive if usage drifts well beyond that.

Can I upgrade from Member to Founding while seats are available?

Yes, as long as there are open Founding seats. Once the 100 are filled, no upgrades to Founding.

What if I use up my voice allowance?

If you're prepping hard and reach your monthly voice limit, you can top up at £19 per voice hour from your dashboard, between sessions. We never interrupt a live session, and we never push top-ups; they're there only if you want them.

Do you offer refunds?

Member tier: we refund the current billing period if you've completed fewer than 2 sessions in it. Beyond that, you can cancel and access continues to the end of the period.

Founding Member: 14-day refund window from purchase, full refund minus any sessions completed at the standard Member session-rate equivalent.

Why no enterprise tier?

Not yet. The first 12 months of CaptainReady are about the individual pilot relationship. Enterprise offers come after we know the product works for the people it's actually built for.

What's the difference between the Career Plan tier and a Member subscription?

Career Plan is a one-time £49 conversation with a written viability plan as the deliverable, built for pilots at the considering stage who want one structured read on whether this career fits before they commit a penny. Member is the ongoing subscription for pilots actively working toward something specific (interview, command, instruction, leadership) over weeks or months. They serve different moments. Some pilots will use the Career Plan first, then switch to a Member subscription when they start training.
