A growing platform for a pilot's whole career.
CaptainReady launches 7 June 2026 with the voice product. Marcus and the four arc surfaces for first job through to operational leadership. The platform grows from there, deliberately. Here's what's coming.
The roadmap.
7 June 2026
Launch
The core product. Voice-led sessions with Marcus across four arcs. First job, command, instruction, leadership. Subscription tiers: Explore (free), Member (£49/month or £441/year), Founding Member (£697 one-time lifetime, limited to 100 seats).
21 June 2026
The £49 Career Plan
One 45 to 60 minute conversation for pilots at the considering stage. Written viability plan as the deliverable, covering medical realism, financial picture, and route appropriateness. Built initially for career dreamers and career changers; expands to mid-training and working-pilot career-path audiences across the following weeks.
7 to 22 July 2026
Sim Prep V1
Adaptive simulator preparation module for pilots facing type rating vivas, command sim rehearsal, recurrent oral exams, and instructor-course orals. Anchored to the same competency rubric the rest of the product uses.
Day 30 to 60 post-launch
Partner ATO programme opens
Independently-vetted flight school partners surfaced in the Career Plan deliverable. Quality threshold published before any partner is listed. Disclosure baked into the conversation. No school recommended unless the customer's path genuinely matches the partner's offering; Marcus says "no partner fits" when none does.
Day 30 to 60 post-launch
Referral mechanic
Built into the product, not bolted on. Founding Members and Members refer pilots; both sides benefit.
Year 1+
The confidential thinking partner work-stream
A future direction we are designing with the care it deserves. More on this when the work is ready.
Further future
The wider platform
Deeper Sim Prep adaptive instruction layer, ATPL groundschool and aptitude prep, the broader career platform.
Why this sequence.
The launch product is the heart. Voice-led sessions anchored to the conversations that decide a pilot's career. Everything that follows builds outward from that heart. Career Plan for pilots before they're ready for a subscription. Sim Prep for the highest-stakes assessment moments. The Partner ATO programme so the Career Plan can reference specific schools without compromising independence. The referral mechanic so word-of-mouth compounds.
Every step is designed against one question: does this serve the pilot, at the stage they're at, with the standard they deserve? If yes, it ships. If no, it doesn't.
Founder note.
I'm not building a feature factory. I'm building the platform I wish I'd had at every stage of my own career, and that the pilots I respect most tell me they wish existed for them. The sequence above is the deliberate order. Each step earns the right to the next.
